- Pack Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the RA number.
- Ship Your Item: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Faulty or Damaged Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
- Customer Returns: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for items returned due to customer preference or other reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
